The Great Roxhythe
Set during the Restoration of the Monarchy by Charles II of England (1668-1685). Roxhythe is an aristocract and a close favourite of Charles II, and his trusted spy. The King sends Roxhythe to try to make a deal with other European heads of state, promising them less war and more marriages with his relatives, if they just give him some money. Roxhythe is willing to do anything for his King unlike his loyal secretary, Christoper Dart, who wants the best for the Kingdom.
