The survey was divided into three different categories: demographics, workplace spirituality and job performance. There were a total of 45 questions offered to 170 participants. The data collected through the questionnaires has been analyzed with the help of pie diagrams and Spearman’s correlation coefficient through SPSS software. After analysis, we find that there is positive correlation between every single workplace spirituality and job performance statements. In addition, negative correlation were found between very few of the work place spirituality and job performance statements. The results of this study indicates that in general, the employees’ of ONGC Limited, Silchar considers that there is a strong positive relationship between workplace spirituality and job performance.
