Amin received his DPhil in Islamic Philosphy from the University of Oxford in 2017 and is currently a lecturer at the Al-Mahdi Institute. He has published on a vari ety of subjects in the history of post-Avicennan philosophy. Since 2018 he has also served as the Head of Publishing at AMI Press, and is currently working on a major collobarative project on the Collected Writings ofa l-'Alliima al-Ifilli, a multi-volume series of English translations and studies of key works by the medieval Imami scholar al-I:fasan ibn Yusufibn Mutahhar al-I:filli (d. 726/1325). The series is being published by AMI Press over the course of the next five years. ArifA bdul Hussain is the director and founder of the Al-Mahdi Institute, where he lectures in usul al-fiqh and philosophy. He has been at the forefront of developing and delivering advanced Islamic studies in the UK and has been lecturing on Islam for over twenty years, having in the process attained an international reputation as one of the most critical thinkers in the contemporary Muslim world. He is also the author of the Islam and God-centricity series, a collection of works exploring the author's own existential philosophy and its application across a wide variety of theological and legal issues in Islam. Ahmad Saad al-Azhari al-Hasani is a graduate of Al-Azhar University and the founder and director of the Ihsan Institute in the UK. Having trained under such esteemed scholars as the Grand Mufti of Egypt Shaykh Ali Gomaa, Shaykh Habib Abu Bakr al-Mashhur and Shaykh Habib Umar bin Hafiz, he was appointed the Imam of North London Central Mosque in 2007, the same mosque that had previously gained notori ety because of the extremist preacher Abu Hamza al-Misri. He is the author of numerous publications, including Contemplating the Quran: A Thematic Thirty Part Commentary on the Noble Quran which was published in 2017. AliFanaei received his PhD in Philosophy from the University of Sheffield after having • 1X completed 17 years of seminary studies at the Hawza Ilmiyya of Qom where he attended advanced sessions taught by leading experts such as Ayatollah Mohaghegh Dam ad, Ayatollah Tabrizi, Ayatollah Ha>iri, Ayatollah Wahid Kho rasani, Ayatollah Montazeri, and Ayatollah Ahmad Mianeji. Alongside his teach ing activities at the Al-Mahdi Institute and Mofid University of Qom, he is the author of numerous publications in English and Farsi. Dr. Fanaei is currently regarded as one of the leading figures of the rows han fikri ('enlightenment thinkers>) school and has made several appearances on broadcast media in Iran. Jaffer Ladak is the Resident Alim of Hujjat Stanmore, London. He has spoken at numer ous locations around the world and is a committed social activist who has appeared on numerous TV and social media outlets. He is currently a student at the Al-Mahdi Institute having previously trained at the Islamic seminaries of Ayatollah al-Qazwini and Ayatollah Sayyid Taqi al-Modarresi in Karbala, Iraq. X
