Siple’s culinary interests began with the launch of her highly successful catering business in New York City. She went on to teach nutrition at the prestigious Southern California Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts. She has authored/coauthored more than ten books, including Healing Foods for Dummies and Recipes for Change, which was a nominee for the International Association of Culinary Profes- sionals’ Julia Child Cookbook Awards.Currently on the advisory board of Natural Health magazine, Siple has appeared as a nutrition spokesperson on ABCTV–7 in Los Angeles and the Today Show.
