Description:A new earl. Three daughters. A determined mother. Christmas cheer for everyone.
Bradford
Tulley has come into a small fortune and a title. He didn't
particularly want it, but there isn't much that can be done about that.
Now it's Christmas time and he's received an invitation to celebrate
the holidays with the family who now resides in the manor home he just
inherited. He has no plans to kick the widow and her daughters out, but
he believes they must be worried about that possibility. He decides that
he should go meet them and now was as good a time as any.
While
she waits on his arrival, the widow of the late Earl of Danbury is
planing a way to ensure she and her daughters aren't put out of their
home. She also needs to find a husband for her middle daughter. Alice is
always a wallflower and lacks self confidence. She will make a lovely
wife for the earl.
The one thing Estelle Bentley doesn't consider
is how love works. The best plan cannot work if the people in it have
other ideas about their own future.
Will Bradford and Alice find a way to be happy? And if they do, will it be together?
