CDN publications report prices based on national dealer-to-dealer One section of the Quarterly is sent every month to our CDN buying and selling information. These wholesale prices result from our subscribers (along with their CDN Monthly Supplement), and the monitoring all possible sight-seen transactions and offers to buy or sell. The contents of the Quarterly rotate every three months. The following coins may be certified or "raw", but the grading must adhere to the current outlines the publishing schedule: leading standard.
