An insert with the number will be handed to you at check-in at The Lemon Ball. - Please use only the bidding number assigned to you. Live Auction Rules - To bid, raise your bidding number high so it can be easily seen until the auctioneer or one of the spotters acknowledges it. - Bidding order of live auction items is subject to change after publication of the program. Silent Auction Rules - You may enter a bid by legibly writing your bidding number and the amount of your bid in the space provided on the bid sheet. - Bid raises must be in the minimum increments specified on the bid sheet, otherwise your bid is void. - You may re-bid a higher amount as many times as you would like until the silent auction closes. - In the event of any dispute, the Auction Coordinator shall have the sole and final discretion to determine the winning bid.
