3. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on 10.06.10 at 03.00 PM in the Room No. 311
(NRHM) of Directorate of Medical & Health Services, Raj. Jaipur to Clarify the
issues and to answer questions on any matter that may be raised at that time.
Necessary Modification in the tender document, if required, may be issued after pre-
bid meeting. Tenders should be submitted after Pre-Bid meeting incorporating
the modifications, if any.

General Instruction for Tender

1- Tender forms can be obtained from Secretary, Store Purchase Organization.
Directorate of Medical & Health Services, Rajasthan, Jaipur after depositing Non-
refundable amount of Rs. 1100/- (Rs. One thousand one Hundred only) in Cash or
demand draft on any working day during office hours. tenders can also be
downloaded from govt. of Rajasthan. Public Relations Department's Website-
"www. dipronline.org & Departmental Website www.rajswasthya.nic.in
"Cost of tender forms downloaded from the website shall be deposited by the
tenderer by way of DD separately along with the earnest money.
2- Tender forms will be issued to the Vehicle/Ambulances manufacturers only
Applicants on the Production of attested copy (from Notary Public) of the valid
Manufacturing license and latest turnover statement duly Certified by Chartered
Accountants failing which tender form will not be issued.
3- Tender form must be submitted in properly sealed double cover envelopes
(Cover-A for Technical Bid & Cover-B for Financial Bid) having caption
“Tender for Ambulances ” as per Terms & Conditions and addressed to the
Secretary, Store Purchase Organisation, Medical & Health Directorate, Rajasthan,
Jaipur.
4- The manufacturers of Vehicle/Ambulances are required to supply the Ambulances
(as per specification provided by the department) has to ensure that the medical
equipments and other items as per technical specification have been properly
installed in the prescribed slot in the Ambulances after procuring them (at their
own level) from Nationally and Internationally acclaimed firms.
