Water Coolers (in various Sizes/Capacities),Office & Desert Air Coolers, Automatic Hand
Dryer, Automatic Shoes Shining Machine, Automatic Soap Dispensers , Pedestal Fans,
Automatic Hand Dryer, Automatic Shoes Shining Machine, Automatic Soap Dispensers,
Paper Dispensers, Shoe Cover Dispenser, Sensor Taps, Stainless Steel Bins and Electric
Water Heater Closed/Vented Type Geyser (5 Star marked) (in various Capacities) and Supply
of various other required Accessories at AIIMS Bhopal under Two Bid System on behalf of
Director, All India institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Bhopal.

1. Tender Form can be purchased from Office of Stores Officer, 1st Floor, E- Wing,
Medical College Building, AIIMS Bhopal, Saket Nagar, Bhopal-462 024 (MP) by
paying Cost of Bid Document of Rs. 525/- (Five Hundred Twenty Five only)
inclusive of VAT@5% Non Refundable in form of Demand Draft of any
nationalized scheduled Bank drawn in favour of “DIRECTOR, AIIMS, BHOPAL”
payable at BHOPAL from 26th March 2014 to 21 th April 2014 in all working days from
10.00 Hrs. to 17.00 Hrs. or downloaded directly from AIIMS Bhopal website
www.aiimsbhopal.edu.in (The bid document consisting of specifications, the
schedule of quantities to be Supplied & Installed and the set of terms and
conditions of the contract to be complied with and other necessary
documents). Those who download the tender document from website should
enclose an additional DD for Rs. 525/- along with their Technical Bid inclusive of
VAT@5% (NON-REFUNDABLE) BY WAY OF SEPARATE DEMAND DRAFT
DRAWN IN FAVOUR OF DIRECTOR, AIIMS, BHOPAL AND THE SAME SHOULD
ESSENTIALLY BE ENCLOSED ALONGWITH THE TECHNICAL BID. THE
BIDDERS SHOULD SPECIFICALLY SUPERSCRIBE, “DOWNLOADED FROM
THE WEBSITE” ON THE TOP LEFT CORNER OF THE OUTER ENVELOPE
CONTAINING TECHNICAL BID & FINANCIAL BID SEPARATELY. IN NO CASE,
THE TENDER COST FEE SHOULD BE MIXED WITH EMD AMOUNT. THE
TENDERS NOT FOLLOWING THE ABOVE PROCEDURE WILL BE SUMMARILLY
REJECTED. THE EMD Amount of Rs. 5,000/- (Five Thousand) non-interest
bearing for each Sub-Group wise. Any Tenderer who want to participate in
more than One Subgroup will deposit the EMD Amount in the Multiplication of
Nos. of Subgroups x Rs. 5,000/- and the Demand draft/Banker’s Cheque/FDR of
total Amount for Nos. of Subgroups participation is to be drawn in favour of
“Director, AIIMS Bhopal”.
