HMDA - AMENDMENT TO REGULATION (6) OF OUTER RING ROAD SPECIAL DEVELOPMENT
REGULATIONS.

AMENDMENT
In Regulation (6) of Outer Ring Road Special Development Regulations following shall be added namely:
"However, as and when required the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority / Hyderabad Growth
Corridor Limited or any other Government agency has authority to lay the underground utilities such as
Electrical, Water Supply, Underground Drainage works, telephone cables and Fiber optic cables etc., by
providing the duct Right of Use (RoU) within the 15 mtrs. buffer zone area. The owner or occupier shall
permit necessary personal and plant and machinery to enter his / her premises, at all times, for the purpose
of maintaining , examining, repairing, altering or removing any utility line or for doing any other act necessary
for the utilization of the utility line or for making of any inspection or measurement for any of the aforesaid
purposes. Cost of laying of utilities and re-construction of compound wall where ever required shall be
borne by the Executive Agency.
Further no permanent compound wall shall be allowed towards the service road side".
