No.24/TSEC-PR/2018:– In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 243-K of the Constitution of India and Sections 200 and 201 of Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 (Act 13 of 1994), and Rule 13 of Telangana Conduct of election of Co-opted Member, President and Vice-President of Mandal Praja Parishad and Co-opted Members, Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson of Zilla Praja Parishad Rules, 2006 issued in G.O.Ms. No. 173, PR & RD (Elecs) Dept., dtd: 10-05-2006, the State Election Commissioner, Telangana, hereby, directs the Collector and District Election Authority, Kumrambheem Asifabad District to authorise a Gazetted Officer of the Government to conduct election to the casual vacancy of President of Koutala Mandal Praja Parishad in Kumrambheem Asifabad District and the Collector and District Election Authority, Mahabubnagar District to authorise a Gazetted Officer of the Government to conduct election to the casual vacancy of President of Makthal Mandal Praja Parishad in Mahabubnagar District in accordance with the procedure laid down in the said rules and specifies the schedule for the election to the said offices in the Annexure appended to this Notification.
