DE-NOTIFICATION OF BANSWADA GRAM PANCHAYAT IN KAMAREDDY DISTRICT.

In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (f) of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Telangana Panchayat
Raj Act, 1994 (Act No. 13 of 1994) read with clause (i) of sub-rule (1) of rule 12 of the Telangana Gram Panchayat
(Declaration of Villages) Rules, 2007 issued in the G.O.Ms.No. 542, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development (Pts.IV)
Dept., dt. 3.12.2007, the Governor of Telangana hereby de-notify the Banswada Gram Panchayat in Kamareddy
District so as to declare the area as Banswada Nagar Panchayat.
