APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN AND MEMBER OF THE FIRST STATE FINANCE COMMISSION FOR
THE STATE OF TELANGANA.

In exercise of the powers conferred on me under Article 243-I of the Constitution of India read with sub-
section (2) of Section 235 of the Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 ( Act No.13 of 1994), as adopted in Telangana
State vide G.O.Ms.No. 9, PR&RD (Mdl) Department, dt. 12-09-2014, I, E.S.L. Narasimhan, Governor of Telangana,
hereby appoint the following as Chairman and Member of the First State Finance Commission for the State of
Telangana for a period of 2 years from the date of assumption of charge.
1. Sri Godisela Rajesham Goud, : Chairman
Former MLA, Jagtial & Former Minister for Law &
Housing and former Chairman, Zilla Parishad,
Karimnagar.
2. Sri Mondyagu Chennaiah, : Member
Chief Executive Officer,
Zilla Parishad (Retired).
The First State Finance Commission shall submit its report, in the format specified by the 13th Finance Commission
of Government of India.
