Structure Bylaws
1. Prize Money Distribution

a. Prize money will be distributed directly to the team manager, Nicholas Yaggie, who will
then divide the value equally among the players.
b. Standins who play in place for a team member are entitled to 50% of any winnings
where they played a majority of the tournament.
2. Availability/Standins

a. If you will be unable to attend a LAN, or play in an online tournament, let the team
know a week in advance (minimum). This will let the team find a standin, or to withdraw
from the tournament if necessary.
b. You must be able to compete in at least 2 out of every 3 tournaments.
3. Practice Schedule

a. Practice will be held Tuesday and Thursday nights from 7pm EST to 9pm EST.
b. Practice is required to compete in tournaments
c. Practice can be missed if you notify the team ahead of time.
d. Missing an excessive number of practices will terminate you from the team.
4. Team Promotion

a. Team promotion is allowed, and encouraged, as long as the publicity is positive.
b. Team members are not allowed to play for any other team in a ticketed series unless
they are playing as a standin
5. Sponsorships

a. Sponsorship benefits will be used for team improvement and not personal profit.

*Changes to the bylaws may be made by a 4/5ths team vote.
*Failure to comply with the bylaws is grounds for termination.
