In Consonance with the instructions issued by Hon'ble High Court , Madras in its Official Memorandum in
Roc . No. 78555 -A / 2 021 /C 3 , dated 7th December 2021. It is hereby notified that the Civil and Sessions Courts in Tiruvarur
District will be closed for summer vacation during the year 2022 as hereunder and the following days are declared as holidays
for Subordinate Civil and Sessions Courts of Tiruvarur District during the year 2022 .

Judges ,T iruvarur & Mannargudi ,t he Courts of District Munsif ,T iruvarur , Mannargudi & Thiruthuraipoondi ,t he Courts of District
Munsif -c um -J udicial Magistrates ,1 Nannilam , Needamangalam & Valangaiman (C ivil side only ) will be closed from Sunday the
1st day of May , 2022 to Tuesday , the 31st day of May 2022 (b oth days inclusive )
The Principal District and Sessions Court , Tiruvarur and Subordinate Judge's Court , District Munsif Courts and District
Munsif -c um -J udicial Magistrate Courts (C ivil unit only ) in this District shall reopen on the 1st day of June 2022 .
The Office of the Part -t ime Official Receiver ,T iruvarur will remain open throughout the summer vacation .
No Plaints , or petition except applications for grant of copies and for service and execution of Process will be received
during the above holidays .
The Office of the Copyist and Process Service Establishment will be kept open throughout the Vacation , but no arrest
warrants will be executed during the period of adjournment .
The Office of the other Establishment shall remain closed .A rrangements shall however be made for the following :
1. For furnishing necessary records to the copyist and Process Service Establishment for preparation of copies
and process respectively .
2. For transmitting records in Appeal and Sessions Cases to Hon'ble High Court , Madras .
3. For all administrative matters .
The Vacation Civil Judge /S essions Judge appointed will attend all the urgent Civil matters and urgent bail applications
respectively during the summer vacation .

Local Planning Area under heading in Village Peedampalli page 378 , 379 the following S.No./R.S.No . 389/1 , 405 /1 ,2 , 406 ,
407 , 408 /1 A , 408 /1 B , 2A1A , 2A1B , 242 , 2B1 1, 2B2 , 411/1 1, 2A , 2B entry should be made .
Under the heading Residential (M R 37 ) use zone the following S.No. 389/1 , 405 /1 ,2 , 406 , 407,408 /1 A , 408 /1 B , 2A1A ,
2A1B , 2A2 , 2B1,2B2 , 411/1 , 2A , 2B shall be added as the after S.No. 246 .
Under the heading Agricultural (H G62 ) use zone the following S.No 387 to 429 shall be deleted . The expression the
following S.No. 387 to 388 , 389 (E xcept 389/1 ) 390 to 404 ,4 05 (E xcept 405 /1 ,2) 408 (E xcept 408 /1 A , 1B ,2 A1A , 2A1B , 2A2 ,
2D1 , 2B2 ) 409 to 410 , 411 (E xcept 411/1 , 2A , 2B ), 412 to 429 shall be substituted .

1. In exercise of powers conferred under sub -s ection (4 ) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act ,
1971 (T amil Nadu Act 35 of 1972 ) and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms.No. 94 , Housing and Urban Development
(4 -1 ) Department , dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No 27 ,P art II— Section -2
dated 15-07-2009 .
2. Land use zone conversion from Educational use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O.Ms.No.34
Housing and Urban Development [U D4 (1 ) ] Department , dated 05-02-2021 the following variation are made to the Master
Plan of Approved / Coimbatore Local Planning Authority under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No. 661 ,
Housing and Urban Development [U D4 (1 ) ] , dated 12-10-1994 notification No. ||(2 ) / H OU /4 377 /9 4 at Page No 1078 of
Part 11 - Section - 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette , dated 09-11-1994 .
DRAFT VARIATION
In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of COIMBATORE
Local Planning Area under heading in village Kangayampalayam page 367 in S.N o./R.S.No.91/1A1 , 91 /1 G2 entry should be
made .
Under the heading Residential (M R 27 ) use zone the following S.No. 91 /1 A1 , 91 /1 G2 shall be added after 88 .
Under the heading Educational (E 14 ) use zone the following S.N os 89 to 91 shall be deleted . The expression 89 to 90 ,
91 (E xcept 91 /1 A1 , 91 /1 G2 ) shall be substituted .
