Ms. No. 88, Social Welfare and Nutritious Meal Programme (SW.3), 29th November 2016, è£˜ˆF¬è 14, ¶¡ºA, F¼õœÀõ˜ Ý‡´-2047.] No. SRO A-1/2017.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 20 read with sub-section (2) of Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu State Commission for Women Act, 2008 (Tamil Nadu Act 31 of 2008), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Tamil Nadu State Commission for Women (Honorarium Allowances and Conditions of Service of Chairperson and Members) Rules, 2013:- AMENDMENT In the said Rules, in rule 4, for sub-rule (4), the following sub-rule shall be substituted, namely:- ''4. The Chairperson and Members shall be eligible for Travelling Allowance and Daily Allowance as admissible as per the orders existing in force, issued by Finance (Allowances) Department, from time to time.'' Ms. No. 89, Social Welfare and Nutritious Meal Programme (SW.3), 29th November 2016, è£˜ˆF¬è 14, ¶¡ºA, F¼õœÀõ˜ Ý‡´-2047.] No. SRO A-2/2017.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 20 read with sub-section (3) of Section 8 of the Tamil Nadu State Commission for Women Act, 2008 (Tamil Nadu Act 31 of 2008), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Tamil Nadu State Commission for Women (Allowances Payable to Co-opted Members of Committees) Rules, 2013:- AMENDMENT In the said Rules, for rule 4, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:- ''4. Travelling and Daily Allowance.—Every out-station co-opted Member of a Committee, if she is not in service of the State or Central Government or in an institution funded by the State or Central Government for attending a meeting of a committee shall be entitled to receive, in addition to the allowance payable under rule 3, Travelling Allowance and Daily Allowance as admissible as per the orders existing in force, issued by Finance (Allowances) Department, from time to time."
