LEVY OF TOLLS ON MOTOR VEHICLES FOR IMPROVEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF EAST COAST ROAD CONNECTING CHENNAI WITH PONDICHERRY FOR CERTAIN PERIOD UNDER THE ACT. Amendment to Notification [G.O. Ms. No. 6, Highways and Minor Ports (HF2), 14th January 2015, ñ£˜èN 30, üò, F¼õœÀõ˜ Ý‡´-2045.] No. II(2)/HWMP/32(a-1)/2015. In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) and clause (c) of sub-section 2 of the Indian Tolls Act, 1851 (Central Act VIII of 1851), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Highways Department Notification No.II (2)/HW/241/(c-1) 2002, dated the 21st March 2002, published at Pages 1-2 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 21st March 2002 and as subsequently amended. AMENDMENT In the said Notification, for the expression 31st January, 2015 wherever it occurs, the expression 31st January 2016 shall be substituted. EXEMPTION FROM LEVY OF TOLLS FOR IMPROVEMENT AND MAINTENANCE ON A LONG TERM CONCESSION BASIS FROM CERTAIN PERIOD UNDER THE ACT. Amendment to Notification [G.O. Ms. No. 6, Highways and Minor Ports (HF2), 14th January 2015, ñ£˜èN 30, üò, F¼õœÀõ˜ Ý‡´-2045.] No. II(2)/HWMP/32(a-2)/2015. In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section 4 of the Indian Tolls Act, 1851 (Central Act VIII of 1851), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Highways Department Notification No.II (2)/HW/241/(c-2) 2002, dated the 21st March 2002, published at Page 3 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 21st March 2002 and as subsequently amended. AMENDMENT In the said Notification, for the expression 31st January, 2015 wherever it occurs, the expression 31st January 2016 shall be substituted. In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section 4 of the Indian Tolls Act, 1851 (Central Act VIII of 1851), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Highways Department Notification No.II (2)/HW/590/(c-2) 2002, dated the 16th July 2002, published at Page 2 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 16th July 2002 and as subsequently amended.
