The conference was organized by University of Belgrade—Faculty of Organizational Sciences. Over 300 delegates from 19 different countries were attending the SymOrg 2022 with 140 contributions. The Conference Program included plenary sessions with eight invited speakers, 13 parallel sessions, four round tables, Ph.D. Colloquium, and B2B meetings. After the rigorous review process, 41 high-quality papers are included in this monograph. Selected papers refer to theory and applications of sustainable business management and digital transformation including blockchain technology, business analytics, e-business, innovation, digital operations and logistics management, financial industry, public administration, lean business systems, digital transformation projects, human resources, marketing and communication, and quality and standardization. The aim of the book is providing stimulative framework for readers to explore viablealternativesandindicateimplicationsforthepost-pandemicworld.Thebook is divided into two main parts: Part I: Digital transformation and quantitative modeling Part II: Sustainable business management.
