STATUTES - ADOPTION AND DATE OF ENFORCEMENT ............ 41 4 update 24 January 2016 Statutes and By-Laws TERMS, ABBREVIATIONS AND DEFINITIONS In interpreting these Statutes, the following terms and abbreviations are used: ADM Administration of the FIM BD Board of Directors CEO Chief Executive Officer Commission A group of volunteer experts from FMNs and external stakeholders responsible for carrying out the responsibilities outlined in their Terms of Reference, including but not limited to: • Developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating a Work Plan that guides the Commissions work; • Developing and recommending rules, regulations, policies and procedures related to their area of responsibility; • Ensuring the ongoing operational efficiency of their area of responsibility; • Tracking trends, recommending innovations that will establish the FIM as a respected leader within the area. CONU(s) CONUs are recognised geographic subdivisions of, and are accountable to, the FIM.
