Bozeman, Butte, Dillon, Glasgow, Glendive, Great Falls, Havre, Helena, Kalispell, Lewistown, Malta. Missoula, Miles City, and Sidney. A public scoping meeting was also held in Billings with the Indian Health Service. A summary of the public scoping comments is found in Appendix B.
