manufacturers. Over the years, many of these alternators and starters have evolved through

The goal of this consolidation effort affords fewer SKUs per product family to cover a wider
I product range.

In the alternator family, this is accomplished by offering the highest amp alternator to cover all
amperage ranges within agive n family.
Heavy duty starters will also differ in appearance, however, the mounting flange and
functionality of the starter is adirect cross.
The following charts will assist you in selecting the proper direct replacement by illustrating
the optional consolidation and also pointing out any additional differences in the consolidation.
