Details of equipment and services provided in this publication were obtained through correspondence which this Ministry initiated with the contractors. In publishing this list, the Ministry of the Environment does not endorse the contractors nor does the Ministry imply that the contractors are licensed under The Environmental Protection Act as waste haulers, or licensed under any other act. The listing merely identifies contractors who have indicated willingness to participate in the clean up of spills in specified areas of Ontario. Contractors listed in this Annex are expected to familiarize themselves with this Ministry's requirements for waste haulage and disposal, as well as other placarding, licensing, and related requirements.
