CME Accreditation and Credit Designation Statements The Society of Abdominal Radiology is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The Society of Abdominal Radiology designates this live educational activity for a maximum of 47.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. The breakdown of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ is as follows: Scientific Paper Sessions – 5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ Educational Course – 26.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ CT Colonography Hands-on Workshop – 13 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ MRI Techniques of the Prostate Hands-on Workshops – 2 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ each Advanced Female Pelvic MRI Hands-on Workshop – 2 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ Dual Energy CT Hands-on Workshop – 3 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ Please note that as sections of this program are concurrent, if all educational activities are attended, the maximum number of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ that can be earned is 47.75. CME Credit and Program Evaluation Forms The attendance sign-in sheet is located near the SAR registration desk. In compliance with the ACCME, all attendees must record attendance daily in order to receive AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. CME request forms and certificates of attendance are distributed at the registration desk upon check-in. Please fill in the credit hours that you complete for each day and return the white copy of the form to the registration desk at the end of the course. Please keep the colored copy for your records as this is your official certificate. You will not receive any further documentation concerning CME credit for this course. The general meeting evaluation form is online and can be accessed through the mobile meeting app and Society website. Please complete the online evaluation form upon your departure from the meeting. Brief evaluation forms for each presentation are also available within the schedule section of the meeting app. Navigate to the presentation that you wish to evaluate and scroll to the Forms section within the details for that presentation. ARLM Credit and Verification of Participation Requirements The Academy of Radiology Leadership and Management (ARLM) is sponsored by five participating radiology societies including AAARAD, ARRS, AUR, RSNA, and SCARD. Launched in 2011, the ARLM helps radiologists focus their professional development by requiring completion of education across six different learning domains. ARLM awards a Certificate of Achievement upon completion. Participation in the SAR 2017 Annual Scientific Meeting and Educational Course qualifies for up to 5.25 ARLM education credits. Information regarding claiming credit is located on the ARLM Website - http://www.radleaders.org. All claimed credits are verified by the ARLM prior to certificate awarding. In addition to claiming your credits on the ARLM website, be sure to complete the electronic ARLM Participation Verification form linked within the SAR mobile meeting app to report your attendance at each presentation listed below.
