The proceedings will be published in the Advances in Science, Technology & Innovation series of Springer. ThegeneralaimofAUEIRC2017istopromoteinternationalcollaborationineducationand research in all fields of creative business and innovation that can scale for the benefit of communities.TheInternationalScientificCommitteecomprisesover80internationalexpertsin various fields as per the themes of the conference. The conference keynote speakers include SuzanneTragerOrtega,PresidentoftheCouncilofGraduateSchools(USA),Prof.GalalHassan Galal-Edeen (University of London, UK), and Prof. Ali Emrouznejad (Aston University, UK). ThescopeofAUEIRC2017includesabroadrangeoftopicsonsixareasnamelyCreative Business and Social Innovation, Education and Social Innovation, Media for Smart Cities, Creative Industries and Social Innovation, Governance and Legislation, and Smart Tech- nologiesandInnovation.Thepanelsaredividedbasedontracks,andallpapersarepresented in 24 sessions. Each session has a chairperson, while each paper has a discussant.
