Theseproceedingscontaintheabstractsofmostofthepaperspresentedatthecollo- quium.Inthefirstsectiononecanfindabstractsoftalksgivenbytheinvitedspeakers. Thesecondsectioncontainscontributionstotheworkshoponuninterpretability,co- organizedby HeddeZeijlstra.
