Reclaim Your Inner Terrain There is only one physiological disease—the over-acidification of the body due primarily to an inverted way of eating and living. This over-acidification leads to the one sickness, or primary symptom—the overgrowth in the body of microorganisms, whose poisons produce the symptoms we call “diseases.” —Dr. Robert O. This inertia is alarming [sometimes career ending) to those who, in good faith, have questioned conventional thinking and gone outside the orthodox realm. The ignored research, why and how we get sick, and what it will take to remain in good health will become increasingly important as mainstream philosophy and methods prove increasingly self-defeating. No more “quick-fix” medicine with prescription drugs and little thought for the long term. The future of health is in maintaining proper balances—with appropriate dietary habits and carefully used food supplements. Continued research and new findings will demonstrate that the root of all disease, and in turn good health, is grounded in personal choice and resulting actions. It has become increasingly clear that cleansing our systems, making use of proper nutrition, and relying upon the marvelous design of the body to heal itself will be paramount.
