OUR CHEFS Martin Frost Executive Chef Executive Chef, Martin Frost, grew up with a love of food. His father run a seafood restaurant in London, and he was often there evenings and weekends learning the trade and developing his passion for fine cuisine. After working in London at Harrods, Sheraton and Intercontinental Hotels, he joined the David Peduzzi revered Four Seasons Hotel Company. That was over 30 years ago and since then he has traveled the world with Four Season Hotels and Resorts. His love affair with food is still Pastry Chef developing and is inspired with each new location and culture.
