The updated Seniority List of the Members of Jammu and Kashmir Subordinate Accounts Service,
Class-I (Assistant Accounts Officers) as it stood on 01.01.2012, is hereby issued for circulation among the
members of the Service with the following conditions:-
1. The Seniority of Assistant Accounts Officers figuring in Annexure- “A” to this order, from Serial No.
01 to 577 shall be absolute and final and that of Serial No. 578 to 649 shall be tentative. However,
25 Incharge Assistant Accounts Officers, listed in Annexure-“B” to this Order, who could not be
regularized as the Members of Jammu and Kashmir Subordinate Accounts Service, Class-I
(Assistant Accounts Officers) for some Administrative reasons shall be incorporated in subsequent
Seniority List(s) at appropriate places in Annexure-“A” as and when cleared by the Departmental
Promotion Committee;
2. The Date of Birth(s) recorded in the Seniority List shall be subject to further verification / check of
documentary evidence, i.e, Matriculation Certificate and First Page of Service Book of the concerned
Assistant Accounts Officers;
3. The Seniority is issued without prejudice to the outcome of writ petitions, if any, pending in any
Court of law; and

4. The Objections, if any, shall be submitted by the concerned Assistant Accounts Officers within two
months from the date of issue of the Seniority List. No representation shall be considered
thereafter.
