We have audited the balance sheet of Almadina School Society as at August 31, 2007 and the
statements of revenue and expenses, cash flows, changes in net assets and capital allocations for
the yearthen ended. These financial statements arethe responsibility ofthe Society's management.
Ourresponsibilityistoexpressanopiniononthesefinancialstatementsbasedonouraudit.
We conducted our audit in accordancewith Canadian generally accepted auditing standards. Those
standards require that we plan and perform an audit to obtain reasonable assurance whether the
financial statements are free of material misstatement. An audit includes examining, on a test basis,
evidence supporting the amounts and disclosures in the financial statements. An auditalso includes
assessing the accounting principles used and significantestimates made by management, aswell as
evaluating theoverallfinancial statementpresentation.
In ouropinion, these financial statements presentfairly, in all material respects, thefinancial position
ofthe Society as at August 31, 2007 and the results ofits operations and its cash flowsfortheyear
thenended inaccordancewith Canadiangenerallyacceptedaccounting principles.
The comparative figures included herein forthe yearended August 31, 2006 were reported upon by
anotherCharteredAccountantwho issued hisreportwithoutreservation on November9, 2006.
