Seven granted EL’s for 1,200 km2  Prospective for gold and base metals  Drilling by previous explorers has identified significant mineralised systems within Palaeoproterozoic metasediments which are intruded by Hiltaba Suite granites  Strong depletion of metals in the regolith to depths of 40-100m and shallow transported cover obscures most of the bedrock. This represents an opportunity for an explorer using modern geophysics  Priority prospects: Weednanna (gold), Zealous (tin) and Telephone Dam (zinc-lead-sliver)  Exploration by joint venture commenced in November 2016 5 Wilcherry Project JV Prospect Locations 6 Wilcherry Project JV Gold and Base Metals MAJOR WORK COMPLETED Q3 2017  Helicopter borne electromagnetic (HEM) survey at Wilcherry Project (1795 line-km). o Identified many late-time conductors, potentially indicative of massive sulphide mineralisation. o Two large conductor systems identified at:  Zealous tin prospect and  Telephone Dam zinc-lead-silver prospect  Ground moving loop EM surveys (MLEM) at Zealous and Telephone Dam confirm HEM conductors  Re-assaying of historic (2012) RC samples at Weednanna prospect (originally drilled for magnetite by a previous operator but not assayed for gold) returned significant gold results, e.g. 2m @ 30.03 g/t Au and 5m @ 6.34 g/t Au(1)  Completed re-logging of Weednanna drill holes; interpretation in progress  Completed 24 hole RC drilling program at Weednanna with broad zones of bonanza gold hits(2), e.g. o 14m @ 36.1 g/t Au o 49m @ 6.3 g/t Au o 2m @ 61.2 g/t Au (1) Refer Alliance’s ASX announcement dated 2 February 2017. (2) Refer Alliance’s ASX announcements dated 3 April 2017 and 10 April 2017. 7 Wilcherry Project JV Weednanna Gold Prospect  Weednanna is one of the most advanced prospects at Wilcherry  Originally a Shell Company of Australia base metals target  Acacia defined a strong gold-in-calcrete anomaly coincident with a NNW-trending magnetic anomaly in 1997  Drilling by Acacia and others established gold mineralisation coincident with a NNW-trending magnetic anomaly over 1.3 km  In 2004, Aquila Resources aircore drilled a NW-trending target west of the main magnetic anomaly and intersected gold at the bottom of several of the holes, yet this was not considered enough to retain the project. At the time of Aquila’s withdrawal, Weednanna was considered to be one of the best targets, but was poorly understood.  Trafford acquired the project in 2006 and its maiden drilling tested the 2004 aircore results, returning record intersections for Weednanna  The magnetic anomaly was the crystalline magnetite target for Weednanna Ironclad Mining Ltd and the main gold target for Trafford 8 Wilcherry Project JV Weednanna: Max Gold in Drilling  24 hole RC drilling program completed in March 2017 to test the strike, dip and plunge continuity of three high-gradMe gaognlde tsihc oImotasg,e r eferred to as Targets 1 to 3  Bonanza gold intersections were returned, including (1):  14m @ 36.1 g/t Au from 118m (incl. 5m @ 95.6 g/t Au from 120m) and 7m @ 7.4 g/t Au from 147m (incl. 1m @ 40.0 g/t Au from 149m)  49m @ 6.3 g/t Au from 45m (incl. 21m @ 10.7 g/t Au from 48m)  2m @ 61.1 g/t Au from 167m  7m @ 11.0 g/t Au from 82m (incl. 4m @ 17.6 g/t Au from 84m)  10m @ 6.8 g/t Au from 79m (incl. 3m @ 15.5 g/t Au from 81m)  3m @ 5.5 g/t Au from 144m  Gold mineralisation is hosted by altered granite and gneiss (west) and sulphide replacement of magnetite on the margin of a magnetite skarn/calc-silicate (east)  Further drilling is planned in May-June to test for extensions to, and infill, the recent high-grade intercepts at Targets 1 to 3 (27 holes for 4,600 m)  Additional high-grade targets exist within the 1.3 km mineralised strike  A detailed review of the geology is underway to build a 3D geological model with a view of defining a mineral resource (1) Refer Alliance’s ASX announcements dated 3 April 2017 and 10 April 2017 9 Wilcherry Project JV Weednanna: Targets Maximum Gold in Drilling Global Gold Grade x Thickness Comparison of: Projected to Surface Maximum Gold in Drilling plotted at Collar (left) and Existing Targets Grade x Thickness projected to surface (right) showing Additional Targets Additional Targets 700 m 10
