Add your rice and some water to a big pot. Get everything to a rolling boil. Once boiling lower the heat. Place a lid on the pot and let the rice cook for 22 mins. Then turn off the heat once the rice is tender. 2. Get a 2nd pot. Put your eggs in the pot and add enough cold water to submerge the eggs. Get the water and eggs boiling. Then turn off the heat. 3. For 14 mins let the eggs sit in the water to cook. Remove the shells and dice the eggs. 4. Clean your peas then get a bowl. 5. Put the following in the bowl and evenly mix: pimiento, eggs, onions, rice, and celery. 6. Get a 2nd bowl, mix: pepper, mayo, salt, mustard, dill, lemon juice, tuna, and relish. 7. Combine both bowls, and evenly mix them. Then chill the mixture in the fridge for 5 hours. 8. Enjoy cold. Peas, Pimento, and Pickled Relish Rice 9
