ARTICLE 16:Tosee iftheTownwillvotetoreservelotR06-027located on Dearborn Roadconsistingof 26acressothattheland involvedwillbeavailable tothe Hill School Districtforpossiblefuture constructionofanewschoolbuildingonthissiteifrequired. Thisvotewill standfromyeartoyearunless rescinded byvoteofTown Meeting. ARTICLE 17: ShallwemodifytheelderlyexemptionsformpropertytaxintheTownofHill, basedon assessedvalue, forqualified taxpayerstobeasfollows: foraperson65yearsofageupto75years. $20,000; foraperson 75yearsofageupto80years, $30,000;foraperson 80yearsofageorolder, $40,000. Toqualify, thepersonmusthavebeena New Hampshireresidentforatleast5years, owned therealestateindividuallyorjointly,oriftherealestate isowned bysuchperson'sspouse, theymust havebeen marriedforatleast5years.
