Many residents of Gilmanton have had the opportunity to serve under the leadership of Richard Price during this period. In addition to his Forest Fire Warden appointment, Richard Price also served the community as Fire Chief of the Gilmanton Hills Fire Department during the 1950's. A. Richard Price is atrue exampleofthe volunteer spirit common to New Hampshire.
