Description:This work proposes a new definition of "diversity". By applying the concept to broad business concerns, it aims to reawaken the reader to the power of diversity so that they will be better able to manage such complex areas as organizational redesign, globalization and strategic planning. At the heart of this model for diversity management is the Diversity Paradigm, with eight action options that can be applied: at various stages of a company's development; by different types of managers and change leaders; to diverse business functions; to minimize bias and conflict and improve communication; and for ongoing growth, both organiztional and personal.
