Digitized by the Internet Archive in 2011 with funding from LYRASIS Members and Sloan Foundation http://www.archive.org/details/recordofhampd7932004hamp AUGUST 2004 WMPDEN- IN THIS ISSUE Alumni in Education WHAT A YEAR! 3,770 alumni, parents, and friends gave $2.25 million to the Unrestricted Annual Fund during the 2003-2004 Fiscal year. That's a record dollar amount. What's more, total giving to the — College topped $9 million another record. Because of this generous outpouring ofsupport, more young men than ever before will be able to get a HampdenSydney education. That experience will enable them to become the "good men and good citizens" HampdenSydney College is known for producing. The College is thankful for this great year and for all who had a part in making it happen. THE^ecordoF d ^Recor, HAMPDEN landC.
