Preface
On behalf of the organizing committee of the 2nd International Conference of
Reliable Information and Communication Technology 2017 (IRICT 2017), it is an
honor and a great pleasure to welcome all of you to Johor, Malaysia, and to the
IRICT 2017 Conference.
TheconferenceisorganizedbytheInformationServiceSystemsandInnovation
Research Group (ISSIRG) in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and the
Yemeni Scientists Research Group (YSRG). IRICT 2017 is a forum for the pre-
sentation of technological advances and research results in the field of ICT. The
conference aims to bring together leading researchers, engineers, and scientists in
the domain of interest from around the world.
IRICT 2017 attracted a total of 199 submissions from 22 countries including
Algeria, Australia, China, Egypt, France, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Jordan,
Malaysia,Nigeria,Oman,Pakistan,Palestine,SaudiArabia,Sudan,Syria,Taiwan,
Turkey, UK, and Yemen. These submissions underwent a rigorous double-blind
peer-review process. Of those 199 submissions, 94 submissions (47%) have been
selected to be included in this book.
The book presents several hot research topics which include Advances on Big
Data Analysis Techniques and Applications, Mobile Networks, Applications
and Usability, Reliable Communication Systems, Advances on Computer Vision,
AdvancesonArtificialIntelligenceandSoftComputing,ReliableHealthInformatics,
Reliable Cloud Computing Environment, E-Learning Acceptance Models, Recent
