Sorry for the delay. I must have received this and overlooked it when I was on vacation.
We are currently having our roof repaired as it was quite damaged. Is this something we could
include in this additional amount? If so, what portion is acceptable to bill for?

Many of you have claimed more expenditures than we have paid you for the last “quarter,” which
indicates that there may be some additional funding needs as we finish out the fiscal year. There is
some funding that was not spent during the first half of FY17 that I am looking at allocating on the
June invoice. Please let me know if your organization is in need of additional funding for the
remainder of FY17, and provide an reasonable estimate that you think you will be able to spend
before the end of the fiscal year.
