public session at its domicile at 619 Sixth and Beauregard Streets in the City of Alexandria, Louisiana, at
5:00 p.m. on

Montessori Elementary and accept a donation in the amount of $1,500 per referenced
schools from Harvey Gulf Marine and authorize the Board President and/or
