InAssam,thespeciesisfound Orissa, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, along the floodplain from Kokrajhar dist., upto Karnataka and Goa (Daniel 1963, Inger and Sonitpur dist., on the north bank of the Dutta 1986, Dutta 1997).
