Initial Setup
These steps must be done before Payment Forms can be used on the
merchant website, regardless of which Integration Mode is used.

1. Login to Transaction Manager at
https://www.comstarinteractive.com/chargeanywheremanager/Login.asp for
Production or
https://webtest.comstarinteractive.com/chargeanywheremanager/Login.asp for
Test Mode.

2. After logging in, the default transactions screen will display, click on Virtual
Terminal to bring up the Virtual Terminal screen.

3. The Virtual Terminal screen will show all of the Payment Form links. Click on
Payment Form Setup.

4. The Payment Form Setup screen allows the merchant to configure the fields
that will be displayed, whether or not they are editable, or if they are required to
complete the checkout process. More on this later, for now, just click Submit. After
submitting, a message will popup saying the update was successful, click Ok to
return to the Payment Form Setup screen.

Payment Form Setup MUST be submitted at least once to enable Payment Forms
even if no changes are made, regardless of which Integration Mode is used.

5. Click on Virtual Terminal to return to the Virtual Terminal screen.

6. Click on Payment Form Options.

7. The Payment Form Options screen allows the merchant to configure the
aesthetic look and feel of the payment form by specifying items such as the
background color or image. More on this later, for now, just click Submit. After
submitting, a message will popup saying the update was successful, click Ok to
return to the Payment Form Options screen.
