No. S.O. 10 /P .A.18 /1 961 /S .2 /2 022. -I n supersession of the Government
of Punjab , Department of Rural Development and Panchayats ,N otification
No. 5845 /P .A.18 /1 961 /S .2 /2 021 ,d ated the 6th January , 2021 and in exercise
of the powers conferred by clause (a a) of section 2 of the Punjab Village
Common Lands (R egulation )A ct , 1961 (P unjab Act No. 18 of 1961 ), a nd all
other powers enabling him in this behalf ,t he Governor of Punjab is pleased to
appoint the following officers as specified in column 2 of the Schedule given
below for performing the functions of the Commissioner under the said Act ,
for the area of jurisdiction given in column 3 of the said Schedule ,n amely :
