NOTIFICATION
The 23rd January, 2020
No. 11/47/2012-4H1/275.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 54 (1) of the Punjab
Police (Amendment) Act, 2014 (Punjab Act 22 of 2014), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the
Governor of Punjab is pleased to constitute the State Police Complaints Authority.
2. The Authority shall exercise the powers and perform the functions conferred upon, or assigned to them
under section 54(D) and other sections of the Punjab Police (Amendment) Act, 2014 (Punjab Act 22 of 2014).
3. The Headquarters of the Authority shall be at SAS Nagar (Mohali).
