NOTIFICATION
The 13th December, 2020
No. 8/5/2017-1SWC1(PF)/177.-In exercise of Powers conferred under clause (f) of sub Section
(1) sub section (3) of Section-7 of the Punjab Scheduled Castes Land Development and Finance Corporation
Act 1970, and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint Dr. Ram
Lal Jassi, resident of H.No. B-1, 959, Ram Nagar, Jalandhar as Non-Official Director of the Board of Directors
of the Punjab Scheduled Castes Land Development and Finance Corporation.
2. In Exercise of Powers conferred under section 7(2) and Section (8) of the Act ibid, the Governor of
Punjab is further pleased to appoint Dr. Ram Lal Jassi, resident of H.No. B-1, 959, Ram Nagar, Jalandhar as
Vice-Chairman of the Punjab Scheduled Castes Land Development and Finance Corporation.
3. The terms and conditions of Director/Vice-Chairman will be issued later on.
