NOTIFICATION
The 24th December, 2019
No. 6/5/2013-(25)2LG2/1098.-The Layout plan of the Development Scheme for an area measuring
16.38 Acres of Improvement Trust, Fazilka was notified by the Government under section 42 Punjab Town
Improvement Act 1922 vide Notification no.6/5/2013(25)-2LG2/490 dated 19.9.2013 bearing Lay out plan
Drawing no. FZLK/I.T/04/2013 dated 6/9/13 as resolved by Improvement Trust Fazilka vide resolution no. 41
dated 6/9/2013.
Now, in exercise of the powers conferred under section 43 of the Punjab Town Improvement Act 1922
and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to accord approval to the
amendment in the sanctioned scheme bearing Lay-out plan Drawing no. FZLK/I.T/25/ dated 24/5/2019 as
resolved by Improvement Trust Fazilka vide resolution no. 102 dated 13/6/2019. The revised lay out plan shall be
governed by the Schedule of Clauses of the Development Scheme already sanctioned and notified under
section 41 and 42 of the Act by the Government.
