NOTIFICATION
The 10th December, 2018
No. G.S.R. 1/P.A.23/1961/S.43/Amd.(25)/2019.- In exercise of the
powers conferred by section 43 of the Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets
Act, 1961 (Punjab Act No.23 of 1961), and all other powers enabling him in
this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to make the following rules,
further to amend the Punjab State Agricultural Marketing Board (Group-A)
Service Rules, 1988, namely:-
RULES
1. (1) These rules may be called the Punjab State Agricultural Marketing
Board (Group-A) (Amendment) Service Rules, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on and with effect from the date of
their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Punjab State Agricultural Marketing Board (Group-A) Service
Rules,1988, in rule 8, in sub-rule 4, in clause (A), for items (ii) and (iii),
the following items shall be substituted, namely:-
(ii) For members of Backward As per policy decided by State
Classes Government regarding reservation
from time to time.
(iii) For members of Ex- As per policy decided by State
Servicemen Government regarding reservation
from time to time.
