This package may cover industrial plot/sheds allotted in the size upto 8000 sq. yds category on or before 31.12.1995 in Goindwal Industrial Complex. b. The dues of principal cost & enhanced land cost would be recoverable with 10% simple annual interest and Credit for payment already made if any, will be given towards principal while calculating the amount due. c. Defaulter allottes including those of cancelled allotment where any sort of construction/ production exist, may be given option to make payment of their dues calculated under the clause (b) above in lumpsum within 90 days of intimation or in 2 equated half yearly installments becoming due on 30.06.2017 and 31.12.2017 with upto date interest. However, restoration of cancelled allotment would be made on receipt of full payment. Moreover, allottees would be required to make payment of other incidental charges also covering restoration fee, extension fee, legal charges etc. wheresoever and whatsoever applicable. d. Concerned plot holders shall ensure to bring their unit(s) into production within 1 year effective from the date of revival of this package. e. Plot holders covered under this package shall become elligble for the sale/transfer of their plot after running their unit minimum for a period of 3 years. f. The above concessions may be given to the defaulter allottees of Goindwal Industrial Complex as a last opportunity.
