No. 4/3/2016(29)-3lg3/675252/1.- In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (2) of
section 4 of the Punjab Town Improvement Act, 1922 and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, and in
supersession of notification No. 4/72/2008-2LG2.2679, dated 5th October, 2012, the Governor of Punjab is
pleased to appoint Regional Deputy Director, Urban Local Bodies Amritsar as Chairman of Improvement Trust
Batala, with immediate effect.
