ing Societie,s and have caused Tables to be calculatedw hich provide for the
Repayment of the Mortgage in the event of the death of the Borrower during the
term for which the money was borrowed. By this scheme the representatives of
the deceased will enjoy the Rents of the Property without any further payments.

The Company having Branches or Agencies in all civilized portions of the
world, Policy-holders are enabled, should they remove to other countries,
TO REPAY THEIR PREMIUM AND RECOVER CLAIMS
in such countries , without the delay consequent on communication with offices at
a distanc.e This is a GREAT ADVANTAGE, and should not be lost sight of by
intending assurers.
