FINDING AID NO. 542 is composed of three parts:

J
PART 1 (one bound volume) lists the contents of volumes 1 to 136
(part of vol. 136) and provides a description of the subject
files in volumes 120 to 134.
PART 2 (five bound volumes) contains a detailed subject list
arranged alphabetically by authors, volumes 1 to 37.
PART 3 (file folder) includes a convetsion list for volumes 1 to 136
and a descriptive list of the Ruggles Wright papers,
microfilm reel M-235.
The bound finding aid no. 542 cites page numbers only.
However, to locate documents both the manuscript group reference,
MG 24, D 8 and the volume number are required. Once the required
page numbers are known, the researcher is requested to locate the
appropriate volume number in the conversion list, - giving volume
number and pages, found in part 3 (file folder) of the finding aid.
