Based on the noticeable achievements made by Prof. Taha when he was the dean of the college of Management and technology at Academy Dokki branch, he was promoted to this position to lead the branch as a whole and enlarge his achievements to include the other colleges in the branch (CITL) and its other organizational units. During this 2 years period of time, all buildings, class rooms of the branch were renewed and refurbished and the branch looked completely different. In addition, a branch of the Graduate Scholl of Business Administration (GSBA) was founded at Dokki branch and the branch working hours became from 7 Am to 11 PM. More than 200 graduate students were enrolled in each semester and the Academy starts to give more attention to the branch after it was a dark point of its branches. This department was founded by Professor Taha and its students to graduate were the first graduate in this specialization in the Arab world and the Middle East. The contents of the courses were similar to its corresponding departments in England and United States of America curriculum. 2001 – 2008 The Academic Advisor for the Postgraduate Studies (Techno MBA Program), Arab Academy Graduate School of Business, Cairo, Egypt. The first program in its type in the Academy and the Middle East.
